YVL Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 October 2026.

YVL is a Discord application operated by the YVL developer team. Contact the application owner, aycande, through Discord, or ask your server administrator to forward a support request. These terms describe use of the application when published. Its data handling is described in the accompanying YVL Privacy Policy.

Using YVL

Use the application in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and your server's rules. You must be eligible to use Discord. Only people authorized to manage a server may configure administrative features or grant bot permissions. Do not impersonate staff, misuse management controls, spam interactions, evade moderation or try to access another person's records or restricted channels.

Features available in a server depend on its administrators, settings, Discord permissions and the current release. They may include tag roles and counters, music posts/votes, notification roles, personal roles, galleries, logs, voice connection and moderation. Server administrators remain responsible for reviewing their configuration and moderation decisions.

Content and links

You remain responsible for the text, images, icons, videos and links you submit. Submit only content you have permission to use, and follow the server's content rules. YVL may display, process, feature or remove submissions to provide the configured functionality. The application does not acquire ownership of your content.

Music artwork, songs, artist names and third-party media belong to their respective rights holders. Credits and source links do not transfer those rights. YVL is not officially affiliated with the featured artists, Discord, Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. External destinations have their own terms. Some Spotify buttons open a song search, so the application does not guarantee an exact recording will be the first result.

Moderation and access

Configured moderation can remove messages, send warnings and restrict channel or voice access. Automated checks can be incomplete or incorrect. A server's moderators review appeals and decide whether access should be restored. Contact them about a warning, removed post or restriction; using the application does not guarantee reinstatement.

Availability and changes

YVL depends on Discord and other providers. Features may be unavailable, delayed, changed or stopped because of outages, permissions, rate limits, maintenance or policy changes. No uninterrupted service, perfect link detection, instant role change or successful vanity-URL recovery is promised. Keep human moderation and server administration available for important decisions.

The operator or server administrators may disable features or access to address misuse or maintain the service. These terms should be updated before material changes to the application and made available with an updated date.
